After moving from Sand Springs Oklahoma to Springfield Illinois and then to Arlington Texas we have made it back home to Sand Springs again. Of course this was all due to job relocating. Even though we dont plan on moving again (4 times in the last 2 years) we hope we never have to move again. But its been pretty hectic since moving back. I have experienced a terrible job since moving back to Tulsa and renting a house that when the wind blows the mini-blinds move accordingly. But now with a new job and purchasing a new home we hope things are on the up and up.

In this home belongs myself and my wife and three children which think they are grown up. Of course our oldest at age 14 knows everything but that was expected so we just let her think that. Our son (age 12) is in the video game craze. He buys videos and masters the game within a couple weeks and sells his games for pennies on the dollar only to do it all over again. Does this sound strange to anyone else?? And last is our 10 year old. What we would do without all the baby talk. She has mastered the art of being the baby of the family. Still talks as she was 8 but we hope she will soon grow out of it. Of course we were hoping this a couple of years ago too.

(Pictured above))This house has 4 bedrooms with 1.5 baths. It also has a one car garage, den, fireplace and a swimming pool in back. The house is 1470 sq feet. New vinyl siding/vinyl double pane windows and the heat/air is 7 years old.

As everyone knows trying to appease everyone on a house purchase is not easy. My wife wants her thing and I want mine and of course we dont want to forget the kids. But they all forget one key thing. Whats affordable and who is gonna pay for all these wants. Well due to the fact that we have a budget we had to find something affordable. I wanted a Den because it keeps me out of the territory of kids running in and out of the house. My wife wants these expensive appliances that only doctors and lawyers can afford. And of course my oldest daughter wants her own room. She now shares with her little sister which loves to drag out 90% of her toys everyday and seems to forget that she is supposed to pick them back up. So I think you see where I am coming from.

But not without problems. Was it the house?? No!!! There seemed to be an argument within the household within hours of deciding to buy this house of who gets what room. Naturally, I stepped in and stated the claim to mine and easily told them who gets what. And naturally they all left grumbling under their voice. But all that matters is that we are finally settling down and I have the room of my choice.
